Areas of practice

Simon Alscher advises clients on all aspects of individual and collective employment law, including company pension schemes and social security law. He represents his clients both in and out of court and litigates in labour and civil courts throughout Germany, primarily in matters concerning company pensions and related legal issues.

Vita

Simon Alscher studied law at Johann Wolfgang Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main (Germany) from 2012 to 2019. He subsequently carried out his legal training in the District of the Regional Court of Wiesbaden (Germany) from 2019 to 2021, which also included spending a period of time working in Prague (Czech Republic). Simon Alscher joined Luther’s Frankfurt office in 2021. In September 2024, he earned a CCI Certificate of Specialisation in company pension schemes (bAV-Spezialist (IHK)) and, in 2025, passed the exam required to prove his theoretical expertise as a pension advisor within the meaning of Section 10 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 2 of the German Legal Services Act.
