Valerie Flaus is a Senior Associate in the Real Estate practice at Luther’s Luxembourg office. She advises clients on a wide range of real estate and construction law matters, including project structuring, property acquisitions, lease agreements, and regulatory compliance. She has extensive experience managing complex real estate developments across Luxembourg, France and Germany.

Real Estate Law and Property Transactions

Valerie Flaus holds a Master’s Degree in Law with a specialization in Real Estate from Paris II University Panthéon Assas and an Executive Master in HR and CSR at IAE Paris Sorbonne University.

Before joining Luther, she served as Head of Legal at a leading real estate development group in Luxembourg, where she was a key member of the management team, overseeing legal strategy for numerous real estate projects and investment funds. Her previous experience includes senior legal roles at a major industrial multinational in Luxembourg and within a prominent construction and infrastructure group in France, focusing on construction contracts, joint ventures, and regulatory compliance.
