Hajar Assebbane

Hajar Assebbane is a member of the Corporate M&A Group of Luther’s Luxembourg office. She focuses on assisting and advising local and international clients on local and cross-border transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, restructuring projects, real estate transactions, financing and refinancing projects.

Hajar Assebbane holds a Master’s degree (Master I) in private law (civil law and procedure) from the University of Metz. She was admitted to the Luxembourg Bar in 2021 (Avocat liste II).  
Prior to joining Luther, she worked more than 4 years in the Corporate M&A department of a Big Four in Luxembourg and the Corporate M&A department of a Luxembourg law firm.
