Financing round of EUR 5 million: Luther advises Innok Robotics on Heinz Ferchau's investment

Frankfurt am Main, 21.12.2022 – Entrepreneur Heinz Ferchau, founder of Ferchau Engineering, is providing the Regensburg-based start-up Innok Robotics with several million euros in a financing round. Innok Robotics was legally advised by Luther Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft.

Background

As part of the financing round, Innok Robotics gains a total of EUR 5 million in equity, of which EUR 4 million is from Heinz Ferchau. The Regensburg-based start-up intends to use the additional capital to generate even more growth, finance the necessary staff expansion and build up working capital.
