Clemens Leitner, LL.M. (UCL)

Clemens advises primarily European companies in investment projects in the Asia/Pacific region with a particular focus on Singapore. His advisory services especially comprise Mergers & Acquisitions and expertise in general corporate- and contract law.

Corporate/M&A

Clemens studied law at the University of Graz and completed his Master´s degree in International Banking and Finance at the University College London (UCL). Subsequently, he worked for international law firms in Vienna, with a Secondment in Bucharest. He joined Luther in 2017 as "Registered Foreign Lawyer".
