The focus of Björn Arndt’s advisory services is on real estate law. In addition to providing advice during construction and other projects and drafting contracts, he also enforces and defends claims in court. Björn Arndt further assists with real estate transactions. He primarily advises on matters pertaining private building and architectural law and on commercial landlord and tenant law.
Dr Björn Arndt studied law in Trier and Münster (Germany) and in Lyon (France), following which he carried out his legal training at the Higher Regional Court of Hamm (Germany), which included working for certified specialists in building and architectural law. He then obtained his doctorate from the University of Münster for a thesis on a civil law topic. Björn Arndt worked for about two years as a lawyer for the real estate law department of an international law firm in Düsseldorf before joining Luther’s Essen office at the beginning of 2016. While working, he attended the course of studies "Real Estate Law" at the Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität Münster from 2018 to 2020, at the completion of which he gained the academic degree LL.M.
