Victoria Ehrensperger

Victoria Ehrensperger advises domestic and foreign clients on national and international transactions in corporate law, in particular on company acquisitions and sales. She also advises on corporate and contractual issues as well as on restructuring and capital measures.

Corporate/M&A

Victoria Ehrensperger studied law at Eberhard Karls University in Tübingen and at the University of Technology in Sydney, Australia.
During her legal training, she completed placements at renowned national and international law firms in various areas of public law.
Victoria Ehrensperger was admitted to the bar in 2023 and initially worked as a solicitor in a boutique law firm in Frankfurt am Main in the area of corporate/M&A. She has been with Luther since 2025.
