Svenja Kossmann advises foundations and non-profit organisations on all legal and tax matters. She assists private clients with asset succession, particularly involving foundation solutions. Another focus of her work is the taxation of public authorities and non-profit organisations, as well as their companies and shareholdings.
After completing her law studies at Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich and Université Jean Moulin 3 Lyon, Svenja Kossmann was admitted to the bar in 2017 and appointed as a tax advisor in 2019. To further specialise in tax law, Svenja Kossmann obtained an LL.M. in European and international tax law from the University of Luxembourg.
Before joining Luther, Svenja Kossmann initially worked for a large auditing firm in the field of international tax law in Munich before moving to a medium-sized law firm in Hamburg, where she specialised in foundation and non-profit law. Svenja Kossmann also has extensive experience from working at an international law firm in Luxembourg.
