Suchaya Tangsiri, LL.M.

Suchaya’s practice covers corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate compliance, foreign direct investment, employment, startups, and regulatory matters. She advises clients on company formation, investment structuring, licensing, and compliance with Thai laws. She also assists corporate clients in employment and governance matters, ensuring practical, business-focused legal solutions across a variety of industries.

Suchaya Tangsiri holds an LL.B. from Thammasat University and an LL.M. from Ludwig Maximilians University, Germany. She has over 12 years’ experience practicing law in Thailand, specializing in corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), investment, and regulatory matters. She also completed an internship in Munich, Germany.
