Natthamol Dechpokked

Natthamol Dechpokked advises clients on corporate law, data privacy compliance, and M&A transactions, with expertise in diverse transactions, including domestic and cross-border M&A, joint venture formation, and complex group restructurings. 

Natthamol Dechpokked studied LL.B. at Thammasat University and completed a summer legal internship at a notable regional law firm. She then completed her LL.M. at Indiana University (Maurer School of Law). Later, she worked at a leading Thai law firm before joining Luther in May 2025.
