Maria Marinez

Maria Marinez focuses her legal practice on advising national and international real estate investors in connection with the purchase and sale of commercial properties and portfolios of properties, as well as advising property owners and asset managers on all matters relating to real estate law, in particular in connection with commercial leases and change order and claim management.

Real Estate

Maria Marinez studied law at the University of Trier and at Johann-Wolfgang-Goethe University in Frankfurt (both Germany). Throughout her time at university and her legal training, she worked for large international law firms in the field of real estate law. Maria Marinez joined Luther at the end of 2021 and has been working at Luther as a lawyer ever since.
