Marco Dauner

Marco Dauner advises on all matters pertaining to corporate law. He assists clients with domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, as well as providing ongoing corporate law advice. He further concentrates his practice on private equity and venture capital investments and on advising start-ups. In these areas, Marco Dauner also assists his clients in disputes and legal proceedings.

Marco Dauner studied law in Augsburg (Germany) and Bergen (Norway) and carried out his legal training at the Higher Regional Court of Munich (Germany). Before joining Luther as a lawyer in 2024, he worked for various renowned international law firms in the areas of corporate law, transaction consulting and dispute resolution.
