Areas of practice

Malte Eggers advises and represents customers and contractors in matters pertaining to private building law. His focus areas when advising customers during projects are the drafting of contracts, claim and anti-claim management and the enforcement of warranty claims. His focus areas when advising contractors during construction are the negotiation of contracts and the enforcement of claims arising from additional work and claims resulting from disruptions to the construction process.

Vita

Malte Eggers studied law at Humboldt University in Berlin (Germany), following which he worked as a research assistant in the area of private building law for a medium-sized law firm in Berlin. From 2017 to 2019, he carried out his legal training at the Higher Regional Court of Berlin. Malte Eggers was admitted to the German Bar in 2019 and worked for HFK Rechtsanwälte PartGmbB from 2019 to 2021 before moving to Luther in June 2021.
