Ludger Gruber

Ludger Gruber primarily advises commercial enterprises and the public sector on public procurement, contract and private construction law. This includes providing support in structuring the process and representation in the procurement process and all related issues of public procurement and contract law. In the area of private construction law, he assists clients in all stages of a project, from contract drafting to legal advice during construction as part of implementation controlling. He also has many years of experience in litigation.

Ludger Gruber studied law at Heidelberg University, specialising in civil procedure and insolvency law. He completed his legal training at the Higher Regional Court of Düsseldorf, including at an international auditing firm, and subsequently worked for a real estate fund. Mr Gruber has been with Luther since 2018.
