Lilith Boos advises companies on all matters relating to energy law with a focus on energy trading and energy contract law.
She advises market participants on energy market regulation and compliance with the relevant trading rules. She represents clients in procedures before the competent regulatory authorities, sanctions committees and in legal court proceedings.
In the area of energy contract law, she assists clients in trading commodities, including electricity, gas and hydrogen and advises in projects related to the decarbonisation of industry.
Lilith Boos studied law at the University of Bielefeld (Germany) with an emphasis on German and European environmental, planning and technology law. After completing her studies, she worked as a research assistant in the area of public commercial law, in particular energy law, at an internationally operating business law firm. Her legal training in the District of the Higher Regional Court of Dusseldorf (Germany) included training periods at Luther and in the legal department of a large German energy supplier.
Lilith Boos joined Luther as a lawyer in January 2023.
