Lena-Annika Kauer advises in all matters pertaining to corporate law as well as commercial and distribution law. In addition to providing legal advice, she also represents her clients in court.

Corporate/M&A

Lena-Annika Kauer studied law at the University of Hamburg. While carrying out her legal training at the Higher Regional Court of Schleswig-Holstein (Germany), she also worked for an international commercial law firm in Sydney (Australia) in the commercial litigation department for several months. She was admitted to the German Bar in 2014 and joined Luther’s Hamburg office the same year.
