Katrin Fischer-Hintze

Katrin Fischer-Hintze has more than ten years of experience in advising clients on matters pertaining to real estate law. She concentrates her practice on providing building, planning and public procurement law advice, both in and out of court, in particular with regard to infrastructure and other large projects.

Katrin Fischer-Hintze studied law with an emphasis on international personal and business relations at the University of Konstanz (Germany). She was admitted to the German Bar in 2012 and has since worked in various law firms that specialise in real estate law and also in companies. In 2015, she was awarded the title of “Certified Specialist in Building and Architectural Law”.

In recent years, Katrin Fischer-Hintze advised the client in the largest infrastructure project in Southern Germany during the construction process and, in addition, a leading Stuttgart-based planning, consultancy and project management agency, amongst others, and regularly held training sessions for employees of her clients and for construction clients in the areas of construction contract and planning and public procurement law. Katrin Fischer-Hintze also uses her business expertise to help manage her family’s business.
