Jolanda Fiss

Jolanda Fiss primarily advises on matters pertaining to tax law. She concentrates her practice on transactions, asset restructuring and asset succession from a tax perspective.

Tax Law

Jolanda Fiss successfully completed a dual study programme in the higher intermediate civil service with the fiscal authorities of the German state of Lower Saxony in 2017 and subsequently worked there for several years. In 2022, she passed her first state law exam and then carried out her legal training at the Higher Regional Court of Celle (Germany), passing her second state law exam in 2024. Jolanda Fiss was admitted to the German Bar in 2024 and has been working in Luther’s Hanover office ever since.
