Jacqueline Dutz

Jacqueline Dutz advises clients on international and national mergers and acquisitions and on all matters pertaining to business law. She concentrates her practice on the sale and acquisition of companies and shares in companies, the formation of companies, and the reorganisation of companies and groups of companies. Her services further include providing legal advice in the area of renewables. In addition, Jacqueline Dutz also advises shareholders, management boards, managing directors, supervisory and advisory boards and their members on all matters related to commercial and corporate law.

Corporate/M&A

Jacqueline Dutz studied law at the University of Potsdam (Germany) and, in addition, earned an LL.B. degree with a business focus. She carried out her legal training at the Higher Regional Court of Berlin (Germany); part of it also involved working in New York City (USA).

After completing her legal training, Jacqueline Dutz worked as a lawyer in an internationally operating law firm in Munich (Germany), where she specialised in mergers and acquisitions, renewable energy, and business and corporate law.

Jacqueline Dutz joined Luther as a lawyer in 2024.
