Areas of practice

Franziska Oeffner has been advising clients on private construction and property law since she was admitted to the bar in 2023. She began her legal career at a boutique law firm specialising in private construction and architectural law. There, her work focused on advising private main contractors and design offices during the planning and construction phases, for example on the enforcement and defence of supplementary agreements and in cases of construction delays. Once construction work was complete, her focus also extended to the enforcement and defence of fee and liability claims through litigation advice and representation.

With her move to Luther, she expanded her practice to include commercial tenancy law and real estate transactions. She advises in particular on the conclusion of tenancy agreements, on amendments and the enforcement of eviction claims, as well as on real estate and corporate transactions, including in the context of due diligence reviews.
