Ervin Cerimovic

Ervin Cerimovic provides assistance to contracting authorities and (public) companies when awarding public contracts, as well as with regard to subsidy audits, focusing on topics such as process optimisation, efficiency enhancement and knowledge pooling by means of Legal Tech and legal project management. Ervin Cerimovic draws on his wide practical experience to improve the automation, digitalisation and efficiency of processes. As a member of the Luther.Solutions team, he completes Luther’s legal consulting and service portfolio with the implementation of digital solution modules (Legal Tech) and the development of methods for designing workflows and processes (Legal Design).

Luther.Solutions

Ervin Cerimovic studied law with an emphasis on IP law at Humboldt University in Berlin (Germany). Whilst at university, he also worked as a working student in a medium-sized law firm with a consulting focus on private building law. After passing his first state law exam, Ervin Cerimovic worked as an academic administrative assistant for a supreme federal authority, with the focus on Eastern Europe and Central and East Asia. Ervin Cerimovic carried out part of his legal training working at a regional court (landlord and tenant law) and in the legal department of a district office (fundamental issues). He then worked as a research assistant in a nationwide commercial law firm associated with a global auditing firm, where he dealt with public procurement law issues. Ervin Cerimovic joined Luther as a Legal Consultant in the summer of 2023
