Elise Berton

Elise Berton is a member of the Corporate, M&A practice of Luther’s Luxembourg office. 

Elise advises local and international clients on corporate restructurings, general corporate matters, and dedicated cross-border acquisition and sell-out transactions (M&A).

Elise holds an LL.M in International Business Law from Sorbonne-Assas International Law School, as well as Master’s degrees in Franco-Asian Business Law and International Business Law from Panthéon Assas University. She was admitted to the Luxembourg Bar Exam (CCDL) by the Ministry of Justice, Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. Prior to joining Luther, she gained experience in the Corporate Law department of an international law firm in Luxembourg.
