Elisabeth Kohoutek

Elisabeth Kohoutek is a life sciences lawyer with a focus on digital health. She provides clients in the pharmaceutical and health care industries with strategic legal advice at the interface between law, technology and science. In this field, she has comprehensive experience in relevant core areas, such as data protection, regulatory compliance, product liability, telemedicine and remote treatment, use of health data and clinical research.

Elisabeth Kohoutek studied law at the Universities of Heidelberg (Germany) and Barcelona (Spain). Her legal training involved working at the Frankfurt Regional Court and in law firms in Frankfurt a.M. (Germany) and New York (USA). Elisabeth Kohoutek was admitted to the German Bar in 2012.

Before moving to Luther in 2024, she worked for an internationally operating law firm.
