Dr Tino Haupt advises clients in particular on market entry and investment projects in Vietnam, corporate law issues and cross-border transactions.

Dr. Tino Haupt is a qualified German solicitor and studied law at Julius Maximilian University of Würzburg. During his studies, he also spent time studying abroad at the Universidad Panamericana in Mexico City. He completed his doctorate at Julius Maximilian University of Würzburg on the topic ‘Access to vehicle data from a criminal and civil law perspective. An examination of the current legal situation with proposals for reform’.

While working on his doctorate, Dr. Haupt worked for commercial law firms in Frankfurt am Main and Munich. He completed his legal clerkship in the district of the Higher Regional Court of Stuttgart, including placements at a US commercial law firm in Munich and London.

After working for almost three years at a commercial law firm in Munich and Düsseldorf in the areas of private equity and data protection/technology regulation, during which time Dr. Haupt was twice seconded to a leading German car manufacturer, Dr. Haupt has been working as a solicitor at Luther in Vietnam since January 2026.
