Dr Piotr Kwiatkowski, LL.M.

The focus of Piotr Kwiatkowski’s advisory services is public procurement law and private building law. This includes advising the public sector on the organisation of contract award procedures, as well as representing bidders in such procedures. Furthermore, Piotr Kwiatkowski advises on all matters relating to German-Polish legal transactions. In particular, he advises Polish entrepreneurs on how to establish a business in Germany and on their activities in the German market. He also acts as an expert for Polish law.

Dr Piotr Kwiatkowski studied law in Warsaw (Poland) and Girona (Spain). As a Polish legal advisor, he spent several years advising primarily German-speaking clients, specialising in advising construction companies as bidders and contractors in civil engineering and hydraulic engineering projects. He then studied German law at the University of Münster (Germany), obtained his doctorate from the University of Osnabrück (Germany), and passed the aptitude test for admission to the German Bar. After working for almost two years in an internationally operating business law firm in Osnabrück, Piotr Kwiatkowski joined Luther’s Essen office in 2019.
