Dr Christopher Borho

Christopher Borho advises and represents clients in complex commercial disputes before state courts and arbitration tribunals and also when it comes to extrajudicial dispute resolution. He concentrates his practice on product liability and warranty proceedings, director’s liability proceedings and post-M&A disputes.

Complex Disputes

Christopher Borho studied law at the University of Konstanz (Germany) from 2015 to 2020. He then went on to earn his doctorate from the University of Konstanz and, from 2022 to 2024, carried out his legal training in Stuttgart (Germany).

Christopher Borho joined Luther in January 2025.
