Diem Nguyen has nearly ten years’ experience advising on Vietnamese law, with a focus on corporate, construction and labour matters. She has advised a foreign EPC contractor on the first metro line project in Ho Chi Minh City and on M&A transactions. Diem Nguyen joined Luther in 2025 after working at both local and foreign law firms in Vietnam, advising domestic and international clients, including multinational companies.
