Daniel Stracke advises on all matters pertaining to public building and planning law, including all relevant ancillary areas, such as monument protection, road and environmental law. In addition, he also assists with real estate and renewable energy transactions by carrying out public law due diligence reviews.
Daniel Stracke studied administration and law, with an emphasis on public business law, in Hagen, Würzburg and Berlin (all Germany), also working at various chairs. He then worked for several years as a research assistant at Luther in the areas of environmental and planning law. Daniel Stracke carried out his legal training at the Higher Regional Court of Berlin; part of this involved working in the Investment Review Division of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Protection, as well as for various renowned commercial law firms in Berlin, London (England) and Shanghai (China), where he focused on public law in a foreign direct investment context. Daniel Stracke joined Luther as a lawyer in 2025.
