Ashlee Pitts assists clients with national and international M&A transactions, as well as with corporate, commercial and regulatory matters. She also plays an active role in the business and project development of the Corporate practice group.
Ashlee Pitts holds an LL.M. in International Business Law from the University for Continuing Education Krems (Austria), specialising in Corporate/M&A and Comparative Law. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs, with minors in International Security, Political Science and Global Social Entrepreneurship, as well as her Master of Science in Global Studies and International Relations, specialising in Conflict Resolution, from Northeastern University in Boston (USA). She also holds a Master of Arts in American History, Culture, and Society from Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich.
During her studies, she completed two study abroad programmes: one in Bali (Indonesia) focusing on community development, and one in Geneva (Switzerland) in collaboration with UN-affiliated institutions, focusing on disarmament diplomacy and international negotiations.
Before joining Luther, Ashlee Pitts gained experience at leading US law firms, including WilmerHale and Foley Hoag LLP, as well as at the US Department of Health and Human Services in the Office for Civil Rights.
