Anton Lehnen advises globally active companies, NGOs, international organisations and diplomatic missions on complex regulatory, corporate and commercial law issues relating to Myanmar. He supports clients in establishing suitable corporate structures and branches, as well as in regulatory approval procedures, and develops practical solutions for financial transactions, tax and labour law, and residence and visa issues for expatriates.
Anton Lehnen studied law at the European University Viadrina in Frankfurt (Oder) and Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań (Poland). After passing his first state examination, he worked as a research assistant at the Federal Ministry of Justice and at an international commercial law firm. During his legal training, he completed placements at the Foreign Office and the German Embassy in Manila (Philippines), among others.
Anton Lehnen was admitted to the bar in 2025 and has been working for Luther in Myanmar ever since.
