Amelie Räpple, LL.M. (Berkeley)

Amelie Räpple advises domestic and international clients on all matters pertaining to individual and collective employment law, including data protection aspects, and assists with the drafting of contracts.

Employment Law

Amelie Räpple studied law in Heidelberg (Germany) and Lausanne (Switzerland). She obtained her LL.M. degree from the University of California, Berkeley (USA), working at the same time as a research assistant to Prof. Paul M. Schwartz. After successfully completing her legal training at the Higher Regional Court of Berlin (Germany), which inter alia included working for the German Federal Chancellery and the Federal Ministry of Defence, she initially worked on the data protection team of an internationally operating commercial law firm. Amelie Räpple joined Luther in 2023.
