Coburg – The Swiss Crealogix Group has outsourced part of its German service business: the company Coperitus was incorporated in the course of a management buyout in the Bavarian town of Coburg, Germany. Crealogix will focus on its core business and provide software services in the data cloud (Software as a Service - SaaS) in future and, therefore, has decided to outsource the service division BaaS (Backend as a Service) as of January 2021.
