Luther Luxembourg paves the way for major ICT business combination

A Luther team composed of Bob Scharfe (Partner), Marion Lanne (Senior Associate), Georgios Patsinaridis (Managing Associate), Rafaella Gavrielidou (Associate) and Yassine Bouzetit (Associate) has successfully advised the shareholders of ICT provider and regulated support professional of the financial sector, System Solutions, on all Luxembourg law regulatory aspects with respect to the business combination with leading Belgian IT provider Trustteam, thus creating an undisputed leader in the IT managed services market in Belgium, Luxembourg and the North-East of France, achieving a turnover above 100M€ with more than 400 employees. 

Dynamica, the Belgian investment group which acquired a majority stake in System Solutions two years ago, will reinvest in the Trustteam group alongside Rivean Capital, one of Europe’s leading mid-market private equity firms.
This transaction was approved by the Luxembourg Financial Regulator (CSSF).
