Luther advises SRG Serve Schaltanlagen Systeme group on its sale to EOS Partners

Luxembourg – Luther advised the shareholder of SRG | SERVE Schaltanlagensysteme, an engineering group active in Luxembourg and Germany specialised in electrically engineered equipment for power distribution and automation, on its sale to EOS Partners, a German Investment firm.

Background

Under the lead of Luther Luxembourg, Luther’s cross-border team supported the seller, Frank Serve, throughout the entire sale process (global structuring of the deal, drafting of sale agreements as well as the structuration of the client’s participation in the target post sale). The transaction was completed on 13 May 2022.
