EU Listing Act to reshuffle Market Abuse Regulation

Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (MAR), which aims to prevent and detect market abuse, market manipulation and insider dealing, is expected to undergo an important reform following the adoption of the listing act in relation to the simplification of the listing and post-listing requirements (EU Listing Act).
