Luther advises Altice on the issuance and listing of €2.8bn Senior Notes on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange

Luxembourg - Luther Luxembourg advised Altice Luxembourg S.A. on the issuance and successful listing of €2.8bn of new 8-year Senior Notes on the official list of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and their admission to trading on its Euro MTF market.
The proceeds from the transaction were used by Altice Luxembourg – along with a €500 million cash from Altice France and swap monetisation proceeds of €435 million - to partially repay its existing $2,900 million and €2,075 million 2022 Notes.
