Luther Luxembourg advises Altice on the closing of the sale of Coditel Brabant and Coditel SARL
Luther Luxembourg advised Altice on the closing of the sale of Coditel Brabant, a Belgium entity, and its fully owned subsidiary Coditel S.à.r.l. (a Luxembourg entity), together “SFR BeLux”, to Telenet Group BVBA after the approval by the Belgian Competition Authority on 13 June 2017.
Luther Luxembourg thus advised Coditel Holing II SARL, as selling entity, on the corporate law aspects of this transaction including in particular structuring, reorganization and due diligence, as well as on the banking and finance and labour law aspects.
